I have make a "new" monospaced-font with the "old" contours.
Now the problem with the rectangle on the space glyph do not exist.

thanks for your help (Bhikkhu Pesala).

With the "new" font the problem (with the rectangle by the space glyph) remains.
With another font on the word-file the rectangle are not.
I thing it is a problem of my system (OfficeInstall).

when I work in Word2000 with the "File -> Preview" - it is OK.
"Only" in the normal I have the problem with the rectangle in the Space glyph.
