I just upgraded to v4 and I'd like to know what happened to the Minimize to Tray On Close option of v3??? Can we have it back, pleasepleaseplease?

For what it's worth, I've noticed that the wonky tooltips all change to the text of whichever button I mouse over first, after opening the application.
I'm using Win 7 64-bit with SP1.
