This may seem like a minor issue, but it's one that makes FC7.5 extremely frustrating to use on a heavy basis. When a glyph window is opened, it is possible for the new window to NOT constantly be going over the extents of the program window? I have to resize and 'search out the edges' of the glyph window EVERY SINGLE TIME, and it's more than a little annoying. This is a really bizarre change from previous versions of the program.
On that note, would it also be possible for FC7.5 to remember some of my basic settings as a program default, such as gridlines, without having to redo them every time I open a project? I mean, once I'm using a certain gridline schema, it's not like I'm going to change it much for every single font I use... Again, the previous versions of FC remembered these settings, why not this one?
And, yes, while I understand that most people would consider these minor issues, I admit that I'm seriously reconsidering going back to FC6 just to save myself these hassles.

Re: Glyph Window Extents
- I don't understand the problem. Just tile or cascade the windows instead of maximising them.
- Each project has its own guidelines settings, which is much more versatile than using the same for all projects. It would be nice to have a way to set the defaults for new projects, but once a project is created, then there's no need to change the settings again. I spend days or weeks on one project. Others may open loads of fonts to make minor edits to all of them.
