Bhikkhu Pesala tutorial

Post by Koshiro »

Thank you Bhikkhu Pesala

I have tried it to make the Æ and æ fonts, and it works perfectly. I have also corrected some of my homemade €-fonts. The spaces were not OK. It does not mean that much, as the currency signs normally stand alone, but never the less its is nice to do them correctly.

Many kind regars to alle fontasts

How can a handwriting be bad?

Post by daledickins »

I've just created my own font which is very funky, original and most probably a font specialists nightmare - AND I LOVE IT!!

The whole purpose of creating a font is for my website (which I am right now working on). The degree of learning to get the font received is something I was not prepared for.... now I'd like coaching from the experts.

Who can tell me in the language of MFFont for dummies how I:

send a sample to the gallery,
publish the font on my website, and
sell the font via the site.

Please keep the instructions very simple!

How come nobody posted links to their wonderful creations?
I posted about some fonts a made a while back, but no one responded with any feedback :( So I became a bit disheartened with posting about them. I've made a load since I last posted, so having read this thread I think I'll give the gallery another go and show a couple of examples, which I'll post in the same thread I started about my fonts before (to save starting another). I just hope this time that someone comments on them!
