Duplicate fonts

I have multiple folders with a zillion fonts, many are dupicates. I am new to MainType 2.1 and I have Folders/SubFolders open. How do I scan for duplicates?

Just click on the Include subfolders icon (the last one on the browse pane) to list all of the fonts, and the duplicates will be next to each other in the alphabetical font list.

Thank you. How cleaver is that! Is there anyway to eliminate the duplicates automatically or do I have to look and delete individually?

There are plenty of free utilities that will delete duplicates based on simple parameters such as filename or filesize. Try using one of those first, and then see what duplicates are left based on Font name.
