Need info on Matching data in Main type to Font Creator

Hello All,
In Main Type, in the Information pane under General there is a listing for Foundry.
Using Font Creator, how can I modify that info? Actually I want to add the foundry name to several fonts so they will sort properly by foundry.
Clear as mud????

There's a drop list in Format, Settings, Header, Font Vendor.

I don't think that's what I'm looking for. In the attached font, the drop down in the font settings within Font Creator is blank. Bring up the same font in Main Type. In the information panel, under general, the foundry is identified as Signfonts. That's what I'm trying to find in Font Creator.....
