Helvetica problem?

Hello!

I want to report a strange behavior that I'm having with MainType. A week ago I was able to work with my Helvetica Font Familiy, then I unistalled it through MainType. Today I tryed to install it again (PostScript Type 1) but the system do not recognize it. MainType shows the message that the font is installed and loaded, but nor even my office or adobe could recognize the font.

I'm not sure of why this is happening, but after a few tests I proved that the problem is just with this Helvetica... Could it be a problem with MainType? Recently I bought Windows 7.. I'm not sure if maybe is the OS, well.. I'm a little lost here.

I'll be grateful with your help.
Best Regards.

Are you running Windows 7 x64 or x32?

Also is the font a Type 1 font?

Is a PostScript Type 1, Windows 7 x64. Where do you believe that it could be the problem?

Dear Erwin, I'll be grateful if you could send to me more information about this work. Now I found some Type 1 that have the same problem, some of them can be loaded, but when I restart the PC, many of them are inactive.

I'll be waiting your message, do you have access to my email address, right?
Best Regards.

I've send an email to your gmail account earlier today. Can you please tell me if you received it? Maybe it is in your spam folder?
