I was wondering if there is a good program that will store fonts and easy to access from like photoshop, illustrator, indesign, quark, etc.

Perhaps what you're looking for is a Font Organiser like MainType

A font manager makes it easy to find and install fonts so that you don't have to keep all of your fonts installed to have easy access to them. If you have too many fonts installed, the drop list in Windows applications like InDesign, etc., become very long, making font selection slow. MainType, among other things, lets you install infrequently used fonts only when you need them for a particular project.
