Applying a Web font

I have produced some artwork for a font.
There are some pictures in the following thread.

I am hoping to make a font using the colourful glyphs that are currently in the cells for digits 1 through to 9 and the cell for : becoming mapped within the plane 0 Private Use Area.

I would then like to make a web font and try to add a web page that uses the web font into my family webspace.
I would also like to publish the web font so that others may use it if they so choose.
Once I have made the web font, how exactly do I use the web font in a web page please?
