can't see sample of what font will look like

Hi,
I am trying out the evaluation version of Scanahand. All day I have been able to load templates, scan them, and preview them. Just now I tried to do so with some new fonts. I clicked on "generate" in step 3, and can see the program converting the characters into vectors inside a box. The first one worked all the way to the end, and I could see what the font would look like and type in letters to test it. But for the rest of them, once that box closed, there was no sample text showing what the font will look like. It's like the font was generated but was nowhere to be found or viewed.
Can anyone tell my why this might be?
