I have a question.how could I fill in VendorID and Vendor ? for example ,my friend designed a new font ,I helped him to created it with fontcreator.the designer is my friend ,Am I the Vendor?

“Vendor” just means the seller or distributor.

The vendor of Arial is The Monotype Corporation
The Designer of Arial is Monotype Type Drawing Office - Robin Nicholas, Patricia Saunders 1982

The Vendor of Gabriola is Microsoft Corporation
The Designer of Gabriola is John Hudson

You could add some details of how you created the font using FontCreator (version) in the description field.
