Leading issue on adobe products

Hello everyone.

I'm having problems with my new Bengali font.

Problem-1:

Bengali font auto- leading issue in adobe products like illustrator and photoshop. adobe auto leading is clashing with two lines.

I can’t fix metrics for typography.

Problem-2 :

Just 1 initial glyph show negative visibility.
I can’t understand how to fix it. please help me out of this.
