Do you think that the typecase_quotation_marks.pdf document could be of use to some people keying text in some applications?

I think it would be useful if you post an article that explains when to use which quotation mark (although it is language specific), and also explain how to cope with Auto Correct features that replace a combination of characters into a corresponding symbol. For example when you type (c) in Microsoft Word it is replaced by the copyright sign ©. Most of the time such feature works pretty good, but not always.

I remembered that there was a Unicode mailing list thread about quotation marks in German some time ago.

It starts at the following page.

http://www.unicode.org/mail-arch/unicod ... /0030.html

The quotation marks in typecase_quotation_marks.pdf go from U+2018 to U+201F inclusive in that order from left to right across the page.
