Custom font or what here?

Custom font or what here?

This is our team logo. Have you seen this font? It is the "PANTHERS" font. Thank you for your time, I'm stumped. Can't find it on any font website. Image

I think it's unlikely that anyone would build or commission a custom font for a logo like that. It looks like a standard font with a few tweaks applied in a drawing or page layout program (probably the same one as was used to create the poster). I have a similar font here, named 'Autumn', but I'm sure there are many others.
