It's called Piel Script Redux from Sudtipos (Ale Paul)

(I suppose the /C and /T are there, although they could come from someplace else.)

The /T is there all right, but it's lowercase (so it's actually a /t):

Ah, so 'tis, and so they are! Lowercase again, so yet more proof that not everything is bigger in Texas after all.

Our confusion over this doesn't say much for the legibility of the font.
