There are three seemingly identical fonts on Dafont that likely fit the image.

Of those three, the font Porn Star Academy has the fuller character set. Free for personal use.

Limbus has an extremely limited character set, free only for personal use and have no idea if the commercial version has a fuller character set.

College is 100% free, has several weights and only a basic character set.

Well, almost identical! Only the first one (Porn Star Academy) has the crossbar of the /E in the correct position vertically. In the other two, there is an even split between the top and bottom, which doesn't match the sample.
