Post by Spora: What is this Font

Post by Bhikkhu Pesala »

A thread by new user Spora disappeared for some reason that I don't understand. This is the sequence of events:
  1. Spora's original post had no image attached
  2. I replied asking to attach the image
  3. Another post awaiting approval contained the image and the first post now contained the image
  4. I deleted my own reply and the one awaiting approval, which was apparently an edit of the first post, and not a new one.
  5. The thread disappeared (but I was able to recover the image by using the back button).
  6. I have now sent a private message to Spora after the first apparently failed.
Here is the image. What is this font?

It seems to be (based on) Moderna Unicase Light/Medium by Los Andes.

Hate those fonts which mix upper and lower case shapes. Too hard to match.

Nicely done, Alfred.

Thanks, Dick. I just hope that the disappearance of the original thread doesn't deter Spora from making a return visit!

When I first visited this thread, I saw your statement
A thread by new user Spora disappeared for some reason that I don't understand.
accompanied by the relevant image, but I didn't see your explanation of the sequence of events.
4. I deleted my own reply and the one awaiting approval, which was apparently an edit of the first post, and not a new one.
I believe it's a standard feature of phpBB and other popular forum software that deletion of the first post in a thread results in deletion of the entire thread.
