Identify font from photo

Hi guys,
I'm trying to find something similar to the font in the photo attached. I tried with several tools but could not find anything good enough. I'm wondering if such a font exists, but I think I've seen at least something similar before. I also tried looking for liberty style or art nouveau fonts but could not find anything close enough.
