[FIXED] Load Background Image - resize doesn't repond

In the latest dot-releases, whenever you load a background image and wish to scale, it doesn't repond to the rescale unless you also change another parameter (Y or X position) then go back to the scale and use the up or down arrow. In earlier 6.x versions it responded immediately.

The background image dialogue box fields should respond to a press of the enter key, but they do not.

However, they do respond to a click on the spin button so you don't need to change the x,y values to apply a new scale.

We've made some changes, but it is still not behaving correctly. We might be able to fully solve this issue with a future release.
