I have created a font with 4770 kerning pairs, but when I export the file, the kerning is lost (I am using the font in Adobe InDesign). When I test the font in the preview window, kerning works perfectly.
Additionally, when I open the font again in FontCreator, and go to OPenType Designer, there are only 1200 or so kerning pairs appearing.
I'm using the following settings when exporting:
OutlineFormat: TT
Glyph names: Y
Legacy KERN table: Y
OpenType GPOS Table: Y
Opentype GSUB Table: Custom script
Hinting: Keep original
I'm new to FontCreator, but can't seem to find where I'm going wrong.

As it says in the linked thread, send proof of purchase to Erwin, and he will send you an update.

Re: All Kerning Pairs not Exporting
The fix has allowed all kerning pairs to export, but kerning is not working in any applications including Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Word, or Windows font viewer.
The only way I can get kerning to show as intended is in the FontCreator 8.1 Preview toolbar.
I have tried exporting in all possible combinations without any fix. When I open the installed font in FontCreator, all kerning pairs are showing as intended and the font works perfectly in the Preview window.

If you don't mind attaching your FontCreator project file, I can test it for you.

Re: All Kerning Pairs not Exporting
Thanks so much for your help! I'm attaching my FontCreator project here.
Per Erwin's advice, I also tried adding a default language in my Latin script. This still hasn't fixed the issue.

Re: All Kerning Pairs not Exporting
It has me baffled.
I tested it in PagePlus X8, which only support legacy kern tables.
The Export Settings are set to export both GSUB and kern tables.
Ta, Tb, Tc, Td, Te pairs all kerned correctly.
TA, TE pairs worked, but TB, TC, TD did not.
All pairs worked in the Preview Toolbar.
The font needs a lot of work before you begin adding kerning pairs. Fix the side-bearings first, then run Autokern in the OpenType Designer to update the kerning adjustment pairs.

Re: All Kerning Pairs not Exporting
I fixed a few things, and it now seems to be working OK.
- I ran the font validator to fix some errors
- I calculated the font metrics to stop the glyphs being truncated
- I did a rough job of fixing the side-bearings by scrolling through the font with kerning off, and the Comparison Toolbar showing a Capital N on each side.
- In the OpenType Designer, I ran the Autokern wizard, and Trimmed the adjustment pairs with values of less than 20 funits.
