[FIXED] Access violation at address 03E47FF3 in module 'FCOutDrw.dll'.

Several users have reported issues with the new glyph outline draw DLL. On opening a font they see this error:

Access violation at address 03E47FF3 in module 'FCOutDrw.dll'. Write of address 00000000 at address 03E47FF3

We are looking into this, and will update this topic as soon as we have a solution.

For now we have a workaround:
Do close FontCreator and then delete the file FCOutDrw.dll which can be found in Windows system folder. E.g. here:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\FCOutDrw.dll

Next time you start FontCreator it will use the old draw methods which are less smooth, but at least won't crash FontCreator.

It would really help us if customers who are affected by this bug contact us, so we can work together to fix the problem. It won't be complex; we might just send a test application which helps us understand the exact cause of the problem.

We appreciate your support!
