This link that Bhikkhu Pesala posted to your earlier thread tells you one way to batch import.

It does tell you how to batch import glyphs, but unfortunately there is no way that I know of to correctly position the glyphs.

It's impossible for a computer program to guess the designer's intent. Often, but by no means always, capital letters sit flush on the baseline, but even in Times New Roman and similar fonts, capital C, G, O, Q, S, V, and W will overshoot the baseline by 30 funits or so. Capital J may overshoot it by a significant margin.

Lowercase glyphs like b, d, f, may sit on the baseline, or they may overshoot it a little. Lowercase j, p, q, and y will overshoot it by a lot.

All glyphs will need different left and right side-bearings to position the glyph contours correctly in the character cell.

FontCreator will position all imported glyphs at 0,0. You can use the Move or Position Glyph Transformation on selected glyphs, and you can run Optical Metrics to calculate side-bearings.

Many things in font design just cannot be automated.
