is it possible to assign a keystroke to a glyph?

Post by descin »

How do I type in a character if it doesn't have a keystroke assigned to it? Or is there a way to assign a keystroke to a glyph?

I want to add the greek symbol, delta to a custom font and I can only get it to display if I copy and paste it from charater map into flash. I would like a user to be able to type in this character.

It has an assigned unicode value of 0394.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

descin

It’s not really a question about using Font Creator, but about using other applications. See this thread for some tips.
