Which version of Font Creator do I need to manipulate OpenType Stylistic Sets?
For example, I have a font which contains an alternate letter 'g' at a Private Use code point, but I would rather have it in one of the Stylistic Sets where Word 2010 can find it and spell-check it.
Or I have a font with true Small Caps, which Word 2010 cannot use, so I would like to put them in a Stylistic Set instead.
I currently have Font Creator 6.5 Pro.

Re: Editing OpenType Stylistic Sets
According to the Feature Comparison Chart you need FontCreator 7 Professional Edition to Decompile OpenType features.
Apparently it's true, Word 2010 doesn't support the Small Capitals feature. How odd!?
You could, of course, change to an application like PagePlus that supports OpenType Small Caps and Petite Caps features, but then you get a different problem. PagePlus doesn't support GPOS kerning, which is used by Adobe fonts.
