If you copy glyphs from the glyph overview, and paste them into notepad, you will get a plain text list of all the glyphs in order, listed by Unicode glyph name.

1. Select the glyphs that you wish to edit in the Glyph Overview.
2. Open the Transform Wizard from the Tools menu.
3. Add the Width transform from the Metrics tab
4. Select the type of transformation you wish to make
5. Enter the values
6. Apply the changes to the selected glyphs.

You can undo the transformation to try different values.
