import image error

Post by rahmi_rt »

If I import a large image in fcp version 15, it gives this error message.
There is no problem in fcp version 14.

Can you share the image with us, or tell us more about its dimensions in pixels, and number of colours?

That image looks much larger than you need to create a glyph. Try resizing it first by 25% before importing it.

Can you fix the fcp15 version like the fcp14 version. Otherwise I will use version 14.

Use any version you want, as long as you own a legitimate license, but as far as I know you have been using our software for over 20 years and never paid for it.

The tiff files we have work just fine, so we can't reproduce the issue without your original file.

I do not use it regularly or professionally or commercially. I use it occasionally as a hobby.
