Hi, I noticed that the Unused and Unmapped, shows the same glyphs

All unused glyphs are unmapped but not all unmapped glyphs are unused.
It is possible for a glyph to be unmapped but used in an Open Type feature.

It is more logical to show only the glyphs that's numbered.

No. That would be wrong.
If the glyphs are not numbered, then they are unmapped, but they can still be used by composite glyphs.

Ok, but before the latest update, it shows the correct way.

I cannot reproduce the issue here. You need to attach the font project file, or send it to Erwin’s email.
