Revert the function of using the mouse wheel to change values

The function to quickly change the range of values by scrolling the mouse wheel in the text edit box is very useful to quickly move or preview the font effect.
When will this feature be reverted in version 15?

Thanks for the timely update (2979), but it seems that the same type of controls of other components don't get the same functionality.
And these components are also very much in need of the quick-entry feature.

In the latest update, the 'Zoom Reset' feature is not behaving properly.

The background color of the program area is harsh because it's too bright, and I'd like to revert back to synchronizing it with the system theme color scheme, which facilitates longer work hours of use.
