Font Pasting

I am pasting front (Chinese Character) from the orginal font to a new font file i am creating. I compared the font between the two files in Main Type and i found that the strokes in the new font file does not look nice in small size view. It is different than the original one , certain strokes are thicker and certain strokes are original size. But in Zoom In view, the width are the same.

Any idea?
