In figure 1, the Replace Component option is grayed out. Fig 2 is the font file where this happens, at glyph #2122.
Fig 3 shows another bug I'm experiencing, where marks aren't being positioned right no matter what.

Thank you for reporting this. We will have it fixed with the next upcoming update.
You should not ignore base glyphs within mark to base positioning.
