I've tried using VOLT to add the character. But it didn't work properly, as you can see here.
Here's what I've got with VOLT
glyph343=V
glyph080=combining acute
glyph481=Vacute (U+E000)
Here's the font file: <link removed due to possible copyright violation>
What did I do wrong?
The letter V and the acute accent are actually combined into one character, but it doesn't change into the wanted form (next to them), which I mapped in Private Use Area.How to get the Letter V with acute

The font doesn't contain any OpenType Layout features, so your post contains incorrect information.
I've removed the link to the font, as it seems like a copyrighted font. Let me know if you either work for DynaLab Inc. or have written approval which allows you to modify and share the font.
