I need to restore font group data

I had to do a clean install of Windows. Now that MainType is installed again, I would like to restore my font group data. However, if I copy all of my backed up data and vault files, it corrupts MainType. Surely there is a singe file that will restore the font groups, but which one?

On the old system, use FmsConfig to make a backup of your MainType data.
Then on the new system use it to restore the data.

Slightly different, but related question/issue.
If I have multiple computers running MT, it would be helpful to be able to share groups I created. For example, my home and work computers both have MT installed on them. While at work, I create a font group to handle a project. If I could save that group description to the cloud and pull it down at home, that would be really cool.
I currently store my fonts on Dropbox so they stay consistent from work to home. Being able to use MT in this way would be highly productive, I think.
