Greek Small Capitals and Petite Capitals

I have been updating most of my fonts to fix a bug caused by glyph names.
The problem arose because the micro sign in Latin-1 Supplement is named "mu" due to legacy reasons, while Greek lowercase mu is a different glyph and a different code point.
If the standard names are used, Greek Small Capitals will substitute micro sign for Small Capital mu or for Petite Capital mu.
I also omitted to include a substitution for sigma1 -> sigma.smcp and sigma.pcap so I fixed that too. I renamed the Latin-1 Supplement glyph to "microsign" and Greek lower mu to "mu".
