When I paste glyphs from font A to font B and then export as a new font, the line-height changes and other metrics of the original font, although I only pasted new glyphs.
How do I keep the metrics of the orignal font when pasting glyphs from another font? I checked font properties, they don't seem have changed.

Re: Font line-height changing with new glyphs
In FontCreator 14, Font metrics are calculated on the Axes tab of the Font Properties panel.
CapHeight is automatically set from the height of the H glyph.
xHeight is automatically set from the height of the x glyph.

Re: Font line-height changing with new glyphs
What is the correct workflow for merging 2 fonts and making glyphs consistent in terms of metrics?
I can manage to make them consistent visually but in terms of metrics they don't fit.
