Thanks for the reply. I had tried that without any luck. it is only word which is giving problem. other office products like excel and publisher work fine.

I have an arabic open type font which was working fine in windows 7/ office . However as soon as I installed windows 10 /office 13, some of the ligatures are not working in microsoft office word.
