i have checked many fonts but FC had problem with all of them

when i open font which has content volt project, FC 14 give error in earlier version of FC 13+ its wroked OK
is this is a bug or improvement?

i have tested on latest version of FC 14.0.0.2814
when i export VOLT Project from FC and Importing to VOLT
it gave's Error
i tried windows default font Urdu Typesetting which is attached
i think OpenType Designer also need some improvements
