Upgrading from MainType Standard to Professional
I have MainType 10, Standard Version and am interested in upgrading to MainType 10, Professional version. Is there an upgrade price, or do I have to pay full price all over again? What backups should I perform before downloading and installing an upgrade?

Thank you. It took a while to troubleshoot, but apparently the installation had hung without completion, and therefore, the older version was all I saw. A look at folder contents with file modification dates that were from April 2018 was also a tipoff. During troubleshooting I had to run the config ...
