Probably your font uses an OpenType feature that is not supported by Word and PhotoShop, or that is not enabled by default. The WOFF test page will tell you which features need to be enabled for the apostrophe to work as designed. Can you get it to work in LibreOffice ? Thanks for replying! I searc...

Thank you, so much! I reordered the lookups, and it didn't solve the problem, BUT I figured out a solution! So, hopefully, this saves others hours of frustration.
