I just want to bold the specified member in the composite glyph. But the original member should not be bold. Then just select the glyph members that you wish to be bolder, e.g. the accents. To create the composited glyph uni4E00 in your first post, you could create a script to insert the glyph uni4E00 and complete composites based on HZ0001 and PY1087.
