Thank you. How do I get the update to v10 without having to purchase v11?

I am using v10 and have had to start over from scratch as I could not migrate MainType from one pc to another. I previously had close to 100 tags and am currently at 30. When I try to add 31 under the tag manager icon, I get a "loading" icon but nothing ever happens. Any solution?

I have deactivated all my TypeKit fonts. but without them, I have no access. I've never had this problem before. I will try to readd them and see what happens.

Now I have over 10000 fonts installed and none are the 4 I need.
I have unchecked the box, these fonts wont uninstall and still I dont have the fonts needed.
