I got to switch my computer from Windows to Mac. Is there a way to use font creators I bought on Windows on my new Mac?

In the embedding setting in the font properties, clicking on any setting, it appears installable when I export the font, is it a bug?

I asked Microsoft for the vendor ID, how long will it take to get approved?
And if it doesn't get approved, what should I set the vendor ID to when I make the font?
I'm going to sell the font for a fee, can I set the vendor ID to High-Logic?

When I create a new file, I see this screen[attachments file],
is there a way to change the part I checked with the red circle on the left?
