I want to make a scalable (it can change sizes) pixelated (that is, aliased - no smoothing for extra legibility at small sizes) version of the Agency font.

How can I do this?

That didn't seem to work. I want it to be very crisp...And this still has the anti-aliasing going on...No idea what to do.

I'm trying to make a flash menu, and I have discovered that there is a very good reason for aliasing: for tiny fonts (like this size). So...Can anyone tell me how to make a font that is completely aliased? Thank you very much!
