Re: Double-click Fails to Open Transform Scripts

Maybe you have an xml viewer that interferes, but here it works just fine.

Re: Should I delete all my empty glyphs?

It is best to delete all unused glyphs. Otherwise external software like word processors or font managers might show the glyphs to the end user while you never intended this. And, yes, it will also save some bytes. We could add a new feature which allows you to mark a glyph to be included on export....

We've fixed this, so it will come available when we release a new version with the updated manual.

Re: ability to share font groups

If you have a shared network drive, you can all make use of such font folders.

If you don't have access to such drive, then you can select the fonts, and export them. Then share those fonts with your team (provided you all have a valid license for them).

Re: All images missing from help browser

We're glad to know it is not an issue on our side, but we hope you will be able to solve it soon.

For now do make use of the online FontCreator manual.

Re: Need a font for commercial use

I'm sorry but Nike Combat Stencil is made with the home edition of FontCreator. You may not use this font for commercial purposes.

You could try to contact the font designer and ask if he/she is willing to regenerate the font with the standard or professional edition of FontCreator.

Re: Colour fonts - SVG and CPAL and COLR

I believe it was discussed a few years ago; making it possible to define the colors through css. I don't know if it has been implemented.

Right now there is indeed no way of auto generating codepoints. We'll add your request to the to-do list.

Re: Insert glyph transform cuts off last character in glyph name list

This bug will be fixed with the next upcoming release. We will then also stop sorting the list, so the glyphs will be added in the original order.

In case you missed it; right now it is already possible to use a shorter notation:
zero.pnum - nine.pnum

Re: Home edition v.11.5 and kerning

To manually add kerning follow these steps: Open the OpenType Designer dialog and ensure you've selected the appropriate pair adjustment lookup within the kern feature as available in Scripts -> Latin -> Default. If it doesn't already exists, then select the part you see within the left side listvie...
