I have a pair of letters that need to be kerned in all of my fonts. Is there a way to apply a kerning rule to all of my fonts? Thx

When I am creating a font, Font Creator creates another copy of the font each time I save a new version. Thus, when I open font creator it ends up opening MULTIPLE copies of my current font, sometimes more than 10!

How can I stop this?
Is it safe to delete these copies?

I'm using Font Creator, not Main Type.

I did try rebooting
I installed the "Class not registered" patch, but it didn't help. I still get the same error message.
I'm using version 5.6. What other info would be helpful?

I can't open it at all.

The file is in the directory, but it must be corrupted.

I have 5.6. For some reason the "Contents and Index" and pdf "User Manual" don't work. Does anyone know where I can find the user manual to download? Whenever I go to the High-Logic website all I can find is the manual for the new version.

How do I assign a keystroke combination to a glyph. I created a font that has some special characters. I'd like to assign them to keystrokes so I can use them in any program, Word, excel, note pad, word perfect, etc alt+, could be one of the characters. I'm using Font Creator 5.6 - Build 80

Is there a standard word spacing (e.g., triple the letter spacing) that I can use as a starting point?

I am making a gothic font. I want to make a decoration above the capital H. But when I do, it changes the CapHeight guide. Is there a work around?
