Re: Transform Toolbar: Position Tab

I see. But that does not really solve my problem related individual points... (at least I can't see that it does) Right now, I can attempt to change the value of a specific coordinate to anything, press apply... no update. I want to be able to manipulate points individually by value not with mouse s...

[FIXED] Issues with Transform Toolbar

I'm using the latest version and in the last two release I have noticed some odd behavior that is not consistent. When using the transform tool bar... most often while manipulating X,Y position of individual points, the field input box will blank out and not show the current value. Since I use this ...

[FIXED] Missing Text on New Font Dialogue @ 125%

I've noticed that since I've upgraded to version 6 that some of the text in dialog boxes is too big to fit so it gets sort of cut off. I've seen it in options boxes and in the new font dialog. I'll try updating to a new version and see if it changes.

This is due to the way your font is being redered graphically (your anti-aliasing method is creating this effect) and it not related to how it was created or managed in the TTF file.

The kind of work I do with fonts would be greatly enhanced if I could encode color... which us what I believe we are discussing. If you look at some of my examples here: http://www.railsimstuff.com/fonts1.php You will see that I rely on using multiple glyphs for multi color "image characters". http:...

I create logo fonts all the time. It's really not that hard. You should just try it, you'll get better at it with practice.

Yes, I'll let you know how I get on with it. It seems to me at this point that I may need to resort to BP's method of taking unused, uncommon glyphs, locating their Keycode (thanks William) and then replacing them with my own custom technical symbols. It became painfully clear to me that even though...

Is there a way...

I have an graphics application that allows me to use custom font's for graphical text on a technical drawing. I'd like to make my own custom font for use with this application... but I may not need to create all the glyphs possible. It seems there are no special language toggles and no apparent unic...

Not using fonts in Documents

Fonts as art. My interest in fonts began when I realized that I needed a way to scale logos and heralds for waterslide decals I was producing for my own use. When I began working with 3D models, I had the same requirement, however, I could skip the printing to paper step. While not the best fonts a...
