I don't know the answer; you could try to post your message to a Microsoft Word newsgroup.

The font you send to me was corrupt. One table mentions 13716 glyphs while another has information that indicates 13575 glyphs. I have improved the Font Creator Program ( see release v4.2 ) in such a way it will be able to open this font, although 141 (13716 - 13575) glyphs will miss their outlines....

I expect some next version of FCP support unicode input. This is on the to do list. My first question is still pending. Of course, I'm trying to open Truetype fonts(TTF). What makes me more at loss is some fonts are working all right in Windows but they never will be openned in FCP. Is this result ...

To change the top and bottom metrics; select Settings from the Format menu to open the Font Settings window and select the Windows page. Here you can change the Win Ascent (Top) and Win Descent (Bottom).

The 'R' has a self-intersecting contour. Actually it has two points with equal coordinates. The validation feature didn't r...

Anne, Great news! You can find license agreements through the advanced naming fields from other commercial fonts. Arial, Times New Roman, Garamond: http://www.monotype.com/html/type/license.html The best place to ask any questions about selling fonts is probably this newsgroup: news:comp.fonts http:...

One way to accomplish this is by creating two horizontal guidelines and then rotate them with the same angle. Now snap your diagonal lines to these guidelines. Note: only points can snap to diagonal guidelines.

You could try to make the inside corner rounded as well. If this isn't helping send the font to me and I'll print it myself.

Either set your 'Contents and Layout' version to 0 or make sure the Unicode Character Ranges contain 'Basic Latin' and 'Latin-1 Supplement...
