The TrueType font file specification tells us that contours that need to be filled black must have a clockwise direction. Currently there is no such feature. You could try to copy and paste the glyphs into another font that does have correct Microsoft table data.

The font probably has wrong mappings or empty glyphs. Can you send the font file to me (erwind@high-logic.com), so I can investigate the problem?
