Wow, 2006! I forgot I knew so much way back then (and have since forgotten), and never got around to thanking Bhikkhu Pesala for his excellent additions!
Thanks BP!

True, but probably less trouble than rolling drunks at night.

Does anyone have this complete font from an old 1870 map?

Re: Why are intersecting coordinates bad?

Different programs will interpret the glyphs differently as they use different rules.
What you see in one application is NOT what you get with another.

Re: Position to guideline

I think they are good ideas.
I have made some fonts that I would like to make variations in x height for example.

Re: Advice on SVG to TTF conversions (already googled)

The circle tool in Font Creator does an excellent job!
You might find viewtopic.php?f=4&t=580 interesting.

Re: Rounding Corners

The above works well! Below I converted the right side of a rough oval -single point off-curve sides- to two point off curve sides. Starting with the circled point, 1 A adds a point at mid point, F makes it off-curve, 2 [/color]W advances to the next point, 3 A adds the next point at mid point, F ma...

Re: Search for duplicate and invalid fonts

@ Jan, My problem is that I possibly have 5,000-10,000 dups that were stolen and re-named by others that I don't want in my collection. I don't want to push a button and lose years of collected fonts by accident. From my point of view I was not asking "High-Logic to dismiss"your "request." I was jus...

Cheers, Jan Very much so. My folders are the four Panose groups and sub-folders and sub-sub folders are Panose nu...
