The template files in C:\Program Files\High-Logic\MainType\template — fontitem.htf and fontpage.htf — are plain text files that can be edited in notepad. Make a copy and start experimenting. You can find the Predefined Web Export Variables on page 38 of the PDF manual. I edited the templates for my ...

Am I correct in saying the black will change color and the airplane cutout will stay white or do I have to add a background color of white? Or will the cutout show whatever is behind the symbol...in my case a map...and this will not work for me. The background will stay transparent — it is not whit...

Re: Scan Hand limitations/Paste on Template
There doesn't seem to be more features now in the program than before registering. You can now save fonts. I would say that is a significant extra feature. It seems that all that is possible is the basic scan template page feature where you print out the template draw on the paper, scan and then pr...

I haven't purchased any products online, so I may have misunderstood, but I presume that you will receive registration keys by email in a few days just as soon as your order has been processed. Just download ScanahandSetup.exe , install it, and start playing with it. The trial version doesn't save f...

E000 hex is 57344 decimal codepoint; E001 is 57345, etc. In the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator, select the check boxes for the modifier key(s) you wish to use (e.g. AltGr) and click on the key that you wish to assign E000 to. In the little dialogue box that appears enter the character by holding ...

Re: font selection - zipped fonts
- Is there a way to view and work with zipped fonts? Not that I know of. BTW If you want to save space by archiving rarely used fonts, use 7-Zip (freeware) to archive fonts. Compression of TTF in LZMA format is much better than ZIP format. Example 36.9 Mbytes of 826 Bitstream TTF files Zip = 24.5 M...

Yes. You can do it with FontCreator by adjusting the side-bearings carefully, but it takes a bit of patience.

I downloaded NoteWorthy Composer trial version to look at the font. It only has one, apparently, with no glyphs for text, so I wonder what font it uses for lyrics? Presumably a Windows System font. Do you know which font you need to modify? Edit: I found out where you can change the font used for th...

A found some more problems when I tried installing your font. FontCreator said it installed OK, but OpenOffice didn't display it for selection. 1. The .notdef glyph has duplicate contours. Resize the inner rectangle and resize both to allow some space either side. 2. The font is incorrectly named. I...
