Just open the font in Font Creator, and use Save As from the file menu, to save it on a floppy disk or USB drive, or save it in My Documents and send it to yourself as an email attachment.

Don't select the composite glyphs. They will still be correctly composed when pasting back in. Hinting will also not be lost if it exists in the font.

Why not just open the font in Font Creator?

Right-click on the font name in the Font window, and select "Open with Font Creator."

I use Fine Print PDF Factory. You could also try PrimoPDF, which is free. PrimoPDF also works fine, but the installation is a bit defective for Windows 9x. See this post for a fix.

Format, Tables, Unsupported Tables, and delete the GSUB table. I think that will do what you want. Backup your work, in case it has undesired results.

If you can display it on the screen, you can get it into Font Creator. Print screen, paste into Photoshop, crop it, copy it, paste it into Font Creator as a bmp. About 500 x 500 pixels is the maximum recommended size. You need to set the Caps Height and x-height you want using guidelines, then resiz...

I added a few characters to it.

A Zip Archive of the Tuffy font and a PDF file of the character set are attached.

I have attached the files to the forum so that they don't get lost.

The way that you're doing it may work, and may be the easiest, but the right way is to use the Unicode mappings for Lao. This is a PDF Code Chart for Lao from Unicode.org. I have created and edited fonts for Burmese using only the ANSI character set, as you are trying to do for Lao. It is OK but has...
